What would the first steps look like if someone is selected? Is there a hogan/psych test like some of the other legacies? Or do you just hop right into the interview process?
Sounds like if you have an employee referral link to apply, letters of recommendation and you went to OBAP you’ll get an interview if you have
121
3000-4000 TT
1000 PIC
Those above numbers are just a wag based on what I’m hearing. I’m not actually privy to what the recruiters are looking for.
Not sure what the interview process is like. I’d be surprised if there is a hogan style screening.
I would also assume there would be thousands applying based on the current state of the industry. Things will change quickly based on UAL and DL hiring picking up, or not.
Good luck.
