Literally nobody is glossy eyed over a paint job. This is how you demonize people to feel better about the ridiculous stances to take on the company and the pilot group. Nobody thinks the way you think they do.
But your false statement furthers my comment. Leave for another airline. If your life will suck for 10 years no matter what, go to United. In 10 years you'll be a widebody captain there.
