These are meaningless buzzwords until somebody. An actually get specific with what you want to see in a JCBA. Oh and make sure that what you're asking, is actually in a section being negotiated during a JCBA.

IS mediocre, or sub par. I want the bar raised not matched. Which is what it sounds like our NC is planning on doing based off the podcasts and update teams calls. Not just pay rates not just work rules, everything.
It’s not “buzzwords”, if you want I can pm the novel I sent the union with all my asks. “This company is too cheap”, “ they will never pay us industry leading or give us the best work rules” so sick of hearing this out on line. Hold there feet to the fire vote no on the first ask, if they want any of this done quick they have to make it worth our while. If not I could care less how long this takes.
