Good lord, talk about projection. I am desperate to finish up a JCBA? I couldn't possibly care WHEN the JCBA is done. I want it done right. You will never be satisfied, so why even argue about it? There is literally nothing that will come from this JCBA no matter how much the union hits it out of the park, that will make you happy. I honestly don't know why you even offer an opinion the matter.

I actually have zero desire to fly any of the airplanes we are inheriting from HAL so I could care less when I fly them or not. Again, if I wanted to fly WB aircraft, I would have left years ago. That is how adults handle their careers and lives. Instead of moaning on a forum year after year, I could simply leave if I wasn't happy and knew I wouldn't be happy. You just love bathing in misery.

Again, industry-leading doesn't mean anything. It is fluff and nothing more. Industry-leading, and getting compensated because this merger hurts your feelings are two different things. I am sick of the broad and general arguing for posterity's sake. Every contract is the same. All pilots want the most pay, the most benefits, the most days off, the best work rules blah blah blah blah. I wish there was more substance to what people actually think they should get in this contact as THAT would allow for meaningful discussion, and not just crying on a form.
