Except they won't be in WBCA seats if ICAO age doesn't change, which is why LEPF has shifted their efforts to lobby ICAO. Most of these guys will just get moved to new categories that are domestic only NB and have to go through training again etc. Also since all the domestic only categories will likely just be 65+ this means that some of the retirees will have to be FOs, which they won't like at all and likely won't do it. Just like those herpes that said they wanted to stay past age 60, but when they found out they weren't going to be DC-10 or 747 SO and instead going to be on the 727 they decided to retire.
