There was no excuse last time, just like there is no excuse this time, I remember being shocked when it passed by as much as it did.
Dude I don’t even know what you’re arguing. This whole forum is meaningless then. As was already pointed out, it’s subjective, industry leading is different (marginally) for everyone, but not really. It’s the sentiment to not cave in and accept less or equal to what others already have that I’m saying needs to be killed.
Most of us know what we’re worth and what a good contract looks like. We knew the last one was sub par. My lack of pontificating on what a good “industry leading” contract is on this forum doesn’t mean people don’t know what a good one looks like. Nor does it render my point meaningless.
