Yes I did, and the JCBA is not touching every section of the contract. That is why it is important to make the distinction. Also, to my knowledge, the same sections were negotiated last time for the VX/AS JCBA.
That same update also showed that through negotiation a new section of the contract was created to handle schedule construction: section 24.
Why try to sell the pilot group on this being a limited negotiation? Is your shiny jet syndrome really that bad?
