It’s just the reality of our careers. I’ve had this conversation with my father about seniority, career portability being zero, he thinks it’s absolutely ludicrous. It is what it is.

One guy posts attrition/hiring lists every first of the month. Look at the attrition for 2025. Compare that to 2022-2023. Leverage is based on those factors.
