Regardless, if you get A330 in new hire class you might be able to hold it in a year, if you get assigned any other aircraft you will be seat locked for up to 2 and a half years before you can bid off on the next published vacancy bid, in which case it could be realistically 3+ years before you actually get Cincinnati(if Alaska decides to keep the Amazon contract). If you come to Hawaiian expect to commute to Honolulu for over 3 years, people that come here expecting that have a much better time than people who "hope" they get something else.
As Ptolem, stated, 3 were awarded freight because yes, there were three spots on the last bid 25-02A. So good news for who got it. Lots of opportunity going forward.
