Delta substantiated the cancellation due to freedom's "performance issues" as evidenced by the multitude of Press Releases related to the injunctions.

I guess we will find out more details as to the extent of these issue as the case progresses.

Of course we as pilots only have so much control of any performance issues.

I hope Mesa Pilots understand they really aren't the cause of the problem so much as they are somewhat indirectly involved. We as pilots only have so much control over a situation. And as proven with GO!! there will be a scapegoat other than JO if everything unravels.
