If you live in ATL it's not a bad deal. 10hrs of pay and you can stack it with reserve days in a way to make you more difficult to use. I did the initial DCLC during upgrade and found it to be generally useful. Yes there were a few eye rolling company koolaid moments but most of the discussions were quite good. I enjoyed being able to ask questions to the management people from the OCC, IFS, and even Chuck S. who came to give a presentation. Even the WWYD discussions are a way to get different perspectives on how to handle situations, and at the very least read between the lines of the facilitators' discussions and get an idea of the general company stance on that situation. Of course if you have a good reason to, resolve it however you like, but knowing where the company stands is a good reference point.
