Yes being somewhat hostile has historically always been part of the interview strategy……I think the play is to try and extract how you will perform/act/ or treat others when you are under a fair amount of stress be it from other crew members, crappy dispatch, poor operational performance from other departments, ATC, or flight attendants you aren’t getting along with.
Which at United you will likely never experience the level of chaos you likely see on a daily basis at Spirit.
It still bugs me they are turning away Spirit people…….I think you guys are a carrier in distress, not to mention on the high end of qualified compared to rest of the pool.
