They're not allowed to say "it's business as usual please feel free to dump thousands of investment $$ into us." They have to disclose the risks and a major one right now is the fact that they might well be cooked.
I'd like to see some people make cases for why a competitor airline would buy them up right now. Like, actually. What would the pros be of purchasing NK today?
