I would agree with the others. Get out of SBY ASAP! Get as far away from management as possible. I'm sure LGA is pretty commutable, but I gotta second the vote for MDT. Its a great base with lots of cool crews. Its not a bunch of old angry people like the company tells you. Granted we have a few bad apples, but every base does.
