Interviewed yesterday and I think it went ok. It felt friendlier than my interview last year. We were told the hiring numbers and rates keep increasing; now they want 200 a month starting September. When I asked at the end of my interview if a Nov or Dec class date would be reasonable to expect, the pilot told me to expect even sooner. They're trying to target as little as 30 to 60 days interview to class. We were also told they're trying to give some priority to Spirit pilots.
6 people in my interview group, 4 from Spirit. 2 captains and 2 downgraded FOs. They other 2 were a Kalitta 747 pilot (don't know which seat) and an 8 year regional captain.
congrats on the interview. I went today although they didn’t ask about class dates or anything but they mentioned the increase in projected hiring. Same as you I felt it went pretty well and it was actually more relaxed than I expected. I had a foreign A350 CA, Mil and a fedex guy. I was surprised I was the only NK pilot.
