I would love to be wrong, but looking at different N3’s I don’t see many junior group 4 captains getting tons of premium.
PM is only part of the game. Conflict, Illegalities and landing removals can add 17 to 65 hours in a month in my base. I think group 4 FO’s that hustle can easily out earn most group 2CA’s
