Basically what I was told.. I have a few connections to some folks to include an LCP and one of them essentially said for me to be recommended for interview I needed 1000 121 time. Not 1000 121 TPIC. It seems that what's competitive has come down some with the huge hiring numbers coming back. For context, I have an extensive volunteer background with a short military (non-flyer, officer) career behind me. Maybe that's helping.
Another guy said 4000 TT for a CP meet and greet but that my volunteer and other experience counts to "lower" the bar so to speak. So idk.
Honestly I think either the LCA misspoke or was misunderstood. It is true that things are ramping up for large #s, but that pool has a bunch of people with way more than 1000 SIC. Regardless, keep the app updated and continue to improve your resume (PIC).
