it’s the government’s job to actually manage business practices so it doesn’t hurt the consumer. lol. That is exactly the role of the government. Just like it is the government’s job to make sure products being sold are safe. Just like it’s the government’s job to govern for the many not just the few. Ffs. Spirit needed the merger because they had no other option. The gov isn’t there to save Spirit, there’s something called the free market. Also it didn’t help that the public opinion of Spirit was low to begin with. There could be hope for Spirit still but the industry wants it gone.
