If this happens age 65+ should be its own separate LTD pool paid for by the 65+ pilots exclusively. Wanna work past 65, cool half your paycheck goes to LTD.
That would never happen. The company and the union would be risking massive lawsuits risking big $$$ for unfair and equal treatment of all pilot's. Smart money says that’ll never happen.
