PCS question.
Once the GS process starts, is it contractually permissible that CS can stop the process and revert back to W and Y slips?
It’s green, so I assume they can do whatever they want. Just some odd timing observed on the GS seniority progression suddenly stopping 60+ minutes after the initial ARCOS call, trip still in open time, then being awarded to a pilot that submitted a different color slip.
Never seen that before.
