Pretty sure they have to put it on your line because that's the only way a RES can see what the value of the trip is for them.
There’s no contractual requirement for scheduling to place a rotation on your line during the ARCOS award window. They currently do it just to test legalities a final time in case you acknowledge the award, then it’s your trip.
