The concept is ripe for abuse. Need 737 pilots, open a VB 73 base. Get the seat locks, change it it to a 320 and because the 737 is now staffed, new hires going to 757 and 320.

The answer is no. Open bases. ATL is beyond full and a mess even when VFR. My hats off to pilots based there. No thanks.
