This pilot group voted in favor of a strike authorization, but can't resist the greed for just a few months.

Folks flying draft assignments, TAA's filling the remaining non-OFC days with trips and ASBYs, Instructors working multiple events in one day numerous times each month, line pilots accepting fatiguing extensions in the field, people willingly picking up Disputed Pairings, etc.

Nothing will change, if we don't change our behavior as a collective pilot group.
