you're fatigued. I feel like you're trying to call fatigued without filling out the report.
I feel like the people getting pushback from the DP are trying to be slick or game the system. If I was a duty pilot and you called me "not fatigued" but trying to push show time, I'd highly encourage you to call fatigued. It's not some secret ploy by management to "get ya", it's literally the mechanism for the thing you're asking.
