One of SWA’s main problems is that they have 800+ 737s and nothing else. Taking on huge amounts of debt to acquire some A737s and Florida gates where they already dominate doesn’t make any sense.

But I agree on the marching orders. When an activist investor is involved decisions don’t have to be rational.
