You are right, single/no kids doesn’t mean much in this context. What I mean by that is, I don’t care for schools for example, and I enjoy small towns, but I guess I still need some social life

2h drive may be a stretch for me, 1h is OK.
I checked Bucks County and it really is expensive, beautiful but expensive.
Media looks OK, not as ghetto as I thought. West Chester looks good too.
Even Philadelphia has a couple nice areas I wouldn’t mind, like Society Hill or Rittenhouse.
Flying wise, it really makes sense long term. XLR/787.
Charlotte looks beautiful but flying is sh*t, and DFW is crazy senior as you all know, but at least cost of living is low.
I haven’t been too specific at the beginning because I legit don’t know what I want, hence me asking here, just to get a few good points and go from there.
