Could someone please post:

1. The current upgrade time by base or in general? (Ex: DFW - 1yr, MIA - 2 yr, etc.)
2. Most junior base?
3. Timeline from submission of resume on airlineapps, to interview, to CJO, to class date?

For reference: I submitted my app on 8/20, received an email from the hiring team on 8/21 to make a correction, completed app, currently waiting to move forward.

Thanks, fly safe,

Half Answer #1:
I started on the line in early July as an FO in DFW and got a line for September (two months on reserve; the typical estimate is 2–4 months). Some classmates held a line after just one month. With hiring steady, 30+ pilots flowing to AA each month, most reserve CAs flying daily, and talk of more forced upgrades, I expect that once you meet the mins and want to upgrade, the company will move you quickly.

Answer #2:
For FOs, DFW seems to be the most senior base, with most new hires going to MIA. Many FOs are transferring or trying to transfer from ORD or MIA to DFW, so I’d expect it to get harder to hold as time goes on.
