this is pretty crude my dude. God forbid you ever had to go through a BK or an airline closure. A lot of pilots have mouths to feed, schools, children, spouses, I mean a LIFE! It’s not like it’s so darn easy to drop everything you have to go get another job. It’s still a competitive field, and the industry has slowed down. Of course people clinging to HOPE. You clearly are tone deaf.
in sure most of the pilot group is trying to leave, but some actually love their job, are loyal to the brand that’s prolly opened up a lot of opportunities for them. Stop being a DB, not everyone is single and ready to abandon ship whenever.
I was at NK short time but absolutely loved it, I can see why it’s hard for 6+ year pilots are having a though time leaving. Give people a break. Not everyone is like Osiris that’s just drinking some sick coolaid. I’m sure the bulk of pilots are looking at the logistics and making moves that will work for them and their families.
