Again, you aren't even grasping your own logical fallacy. What is being sent in emails and newsletters is not the same as what is being published in textbooks. They are interpretations of the texts and current events as explained by the SMEs. A professor presents the book to a class using various forms of media, to include podcasts. No one is reading the text on a podcast. The "text" in your crap analogy is the contract and the lecture is the email/podcast. How you struggle to grasp this simple concept is truly stunning.
