I can't speak for everyone else, but I would usually drop a lot of my schedule and snipe day turns out of open time until I got back up to ALV
As far as junior pilots getting their jobs back, yeah that ain't happening. Nobody is getting their job back anytime soon unfortunately...I thought that was very apparent on here, but guess not.
This place will either go under, or merge and at that point the furloughed pilots would all be stapled.
