Lol…. and there’s nearly always a surplus of applicants when by comparison, your growth and career path is stagnant. “We have a surplus of applicants.” Really ? Why is that? “Because we don’t have many openings.” Why don’t you have many openings? “Because we’re not growing that much.” If you’re not growing that much and career progression is stagnant by comparison to other legacies, doesn’t that decrease the number of applications? “Sure, be we still have a surplus.” How can that be? “Because we don’t have many openings…. are you not paying attention!”
