Yeah, that ain’t happening…for both points. As guys get displaced from their bases, they will drop their trios and gobble up any remaining open time in their previous home base. They will justify it and say “I’m swapping, not picking up,” but clearing out open time just the same.
That being said, these furloughed pilots aren’t getting recalled. Let’s be real, and more furloughs are to come. This isn’t the same as a recession where all airlines are hurting and furloughing; this is different.
Any NK guys on here picking up open time? And swapping is still picking up open time. Just curious.
