After twice limiting job losses through Furlough Mitigation Leave (FML) agreements crafted by ALPA, Spirit Airlines pilots are now bracing for additional furloughs on November 1st. The pilots’ union confirmed management rejected a third FML deal, leaving no protections in place for this upcoming round of furloughs.

Spirit is now embroiled in its second bankruptcy this year, leaving many allegedly concerned about the potential for liquidation.
