I've not heard anything confirming no early 2026 hires. We are sending out assessment invites right now. People in the pool have been getting their background check and drug screens current. Everything points to hiring next year. One rumor was that network posted an operations plan for summer 2026 and flight ops couldn't meet it, which may mean hiring starting even late this year.

But this is a Spirit thread so I won't post any more on this. Either way if someone wants out then they should be shotgunning their apps everywhere, Delta included. Good luck to everyone.
