Ok. Spirit wasn’t making money for the past several years, JetBlue hasn’t made money for the past several years. Both companies have high debt. JetBlue had the luxury of using the loyalty program to raise cash. Spirit didn’t have that to my knowledge. So in a few years if we still aren’t making a meaningful profit, what then? And if someone is on here asking about some kind of career advice, why not recommend a legacy? The information that is known today should at least be considered and people should know the truths about the companies they are applying to.
