I think I read recently that EK requires a BMI of 30.0 or less to keep flying.

Use 6'0" as a baseline - 223 lbs is grounded. Every inch change gains, or loses, 6 lbs.

6'2"? 234 lbs is grounded.

5'10"? 211 lbs is grounded.
