To your last point - I’ve lived in four of them, and I don’t mean living and working out of a U.S. base with a PX. That's not the same thing. You’re in a bubble.
That report is from a biased organization that took a study from a biased source. Among other things they get wrong they do not mention anything about quality of the healthcare people are getting in those different countries (there is a reason that those who can afford it all come to America for major surgeries).
