Honest question for you Spirit guys. At what point do you start just looking out for you? What I mean is, are you starting to exhaust your sick time in the assumption there will be no company left to call out sick on. Do you even ponder a no show if things keep going south because you might never get the last paycheck anyway?

Yup, I no showed a 4 day for an interview. Never heard a word about it, cause im thinking scheduling no showed that day too lolz! The plane still left the gate on time, FO told me he just moved over to the left seat and the lead FA took the right seat. The end result was I got a new job, and the FO got the 320 PIC time he needed to finally get that call from Delta. Lots of this going on to save the company right now. Some senior guys are even paying for the gas on their flights just to keep the ball rolling.
