I realize SOME of our Union pilots work long hours but shouldn’t most of the guys receiving Flight Loss Pay be limited to what we are all limited to during 4a2c? I’m sure I’ll get shot in the face for daring to question why someone on a union Committee makes 98 hours in multiple months while I’m lucky to make 62 but it’s a valid concern. If we’re going to question the Flex instructors and the greedy mgt pilots making 90+ hours a month than it only makes sense we question any pilot at this company making over the 4a2c maximums.

And no I’m not an instructor, an LCA, management, a tech pilot or anything else. I’m a line pilot who flies what I’m awarded.
Do you view this as our most pressing issue right now? I hope this isn’t your main concern while out on the line.
