Looks like I have or will be able to easily attain all the quals they specify in the job posting. Love the Q400 - could be fun and a nice alternative to 135.
I use to fly for Encore. Honestly enjoyed it.

I flew with a retired KLM captain while I was there. He was 60 when he got hired. Worked for 5 years and retired from Encore. If I remember correctly his son was a new FO. So he did it so he could fly with his son for 5 years.
