Yes, we have had multiple, that is many, of you young guys taxiing into things on the ground. It got so bad on a certain fleet the standards guys had to put out a fleet bulletin on how to taxi into the gate.
Just like they had to put out a Safety Memo about how not to fly through thunderstorms. I read all your examples including this one, and can come up with an equal number of "yikes" moments with senior widebody crews at the helm, like the one that sparked this thread. All the examples you brought up are bad and should be addressed, but attributing it simply to age or seniority is overly simplistic.

C'mon HK you're better than this. That's why I'm being intentionally stubborn, and sometimes sarcastic. It gets exhausting getting talked down to all the time, and having to listen to how junior pilots in both seats don't have the right skills or experience to be there. You and others have said multiple times that there was significant scrutiny both in the training department and in flight standards over the Captains that upgraded with less than 3 years on property when that was going on. I can attest to it being true having gone through the program myself. If significant deficiencies were noted they should have been dealt with in that setting. I think it's dishonest to try and paint one category of pilots as lesser just based on their seniority number, when the truth is everyone can have a bad day at work and end up on a bulletin, or worse the news. We study those that ended up in that unfortunate situation so hopefully we never have to ourselves.
