Foreign carriers flying domestically is probably not going to happen. Why? Because the POTUS can't order the Froggies and Krauts back to work if they want to strike (which the Froggies are fond of). The US can't turn over its domestic system to the whims of foreign Railway Labor Act-free pilots.
