they were the highest paid airbus pilots at one point. They had fantastic reserve rules at one point which they later gave up along with accepting PBS to get a pay raise. They still have some of the best schedule flexibility and work rules for line-holders out of any US carrier, and their x/y list for premium combined with those work rules gives them a lot of power to move their schedule around, work as much or as little as they want, and much more opportunities for premium.
Objectively it wasn't bad, but I'd say it had features which were highly beneficial to people with specific interests, say those who prioritized flexibility.

Not a particularly good contract by industry standards. Yes there have been ups and downs over the years but I'm talking about 2025.
