If you mean providing a lower standard of care for all vs a higher standard of care for the insured, I'd agree with you. There is a reason why people still get private insurance under socialized medicine. It's so that they can access services that would otherwise be unavailable/severely delayed within the government-run program.
Fair to say no system is perfect, but the US is going about it all wrong and data proves it.
