mandatory positive space on the flight you booked the JS for to or from work if it is subsequently taken for any reason. We have booking windows for a reason and if the company's bad planning causes commuters to miss out on a flight to work, they should be given a seat no questions asked even if it means denying boarding. This is the cost of doing business and not your employee's fault. Of course if the JS is taken and blocked prior to the booking window, no dice. I'm simply saying once a pilot books a JS to/from work and then it's taken this policy should apply. I would not advocate this policy for personal use, only to/from work.

SIT pay that's greater of scheduled or actual. EDP works that way but for some reason it's not currently for SIT pay.
