Rates are about the last thing you negotiate. Soft pay, QOL, QOWL, etc……then rates.
WN topped out rate for NB captain is 435 an hour when their contract ends. They are getting that for flying a 737-7 with 140 pax. I think they negotiated ER rates plus a %.
So I expect more than that across the entire fleet
but schedule rules and QOL are much more of a priority for most here Inwould think
