I'm not going to get into issues here on a public forum that have large costs or say what my key items are, but here's a list of low-to-no cost items that should be easy to add to the next PWA (in no particular order):

- Be able to be placed at the top of the Comf+ upgrade list on DDH
- Allow Comf+ bookings to/from training
- United crew meal selection, or at least contractual protection on first choice of meal before departure
- Improve commuter policy. No backup if mainline JS booked, remove 2 hour between flight requirement, etc
- Establish specific times for automatic OE buyoff release, either a certain number of hours prior to report or a set time the day prior to report
- Add a checkbox in icrew when dropping multiple rotations to tell the computer to just drop as many as possible. No more trying to enter 52 variations of all the rotations a pilot is trying to drop to hope one variation hits
- Add contractual protections for calling in fatigued for a training event. Same pay as rotation fatigue - if operationally caused then company pays, if caused by personal issues at home then deducted from sick bank
- Remove requirement to provide the general nature of an illness on the sick verification form
- Bring back ability to pre-verify items requiring long periods of sick time
- Allow greater flexibility in X day moves: as long as you abide by the X-99-X PBS category rules you should be able to do any legal move, coverage permitting. We should be able to move X days/LC days from the middle of blocks instead of just from the start or end
- Reserves should be able to, at their discretion, convert golden X days back to standard X days
- The 7ER category should transition from 4-99-4 rules to 3-99-5 as international flying is removed from the fleet.

I have a good list of things that are going to drive costs higher, but like I said I'm not going to negotiate in public on such key issues. The stuff above is low hanging fruit that hopefully is attainable without much negotiation.
