Denver and St. Louis both have better areas than the "downtown hub" location. Denver, you could look anywhere in the Tech Center, and St. Louis, look out at Creve Coeur.
I would just argue that we should negotiate more exception hotels. I think changing the downtown language is risky. The last thing we want is the company putting us in the middle of nowhere without our input.
