They’re definitely not Scabs but they’re ****ty people. We’ve reduced our hours in response to FedEx reducing the manning document. It’s the same thing as drafting during a furlough. They’re directly damaging the careers of the rest of the list. This is a furlough/4a2c issue, so it doesn’t have anything to do with negotiations or Scabs.
