At first I thought……but they do…….its mostly unhealthy food that targets to mostly overweight often obese Americans….and Wikipedia classifies them as Table service chain dining.
However something I noticed …..a Cheesecake factory is almost always located within a shopping mall or part of a large outlet center what in the northeast we call an outdoor mall.
Where as a Denny’s is almost always located on a state highway (white and black square) in a lower middle class suburb with traffic on the side that’s commuter heavy in the morning. With its own stand alone parking lot with signs saying “Dennys only, all others will be towed”
Seeing the direction of those two trends in our society, Friendly I might say United is the Dennys and Frontier are the Cheesecakes.
